Recalculation in progress … TrolMaster's Hydro-X system can control most horticultural lighting fixtures sold on the market today. Most lighting manufacturers offer the possibility of controlling their lighting systems using so-called low-voltage control.That low-voltage control can take many forms and communication protocols. TrolMaster produces several types of lighting adapters (LMA units) that allow the Hydro-x to control lights using their low-voltage control option.
The LMA-T works specifically with ThinkGrow LED systems to provide two-channel control, which allows separate control for full spectrum and second level red output on ThinkGrow LEDs.
The LMA-T simply connects to the Line 1 and Line 2 lighting control ports on the HCS-1. Once connected, the user can then set individual on/off times and dimming settings for the full spectrum LEDs and also for the second red LEDs.
The LMA-T is then connected to RJ-type lighting control cables where each of the LEDs is reconnected to the controller in a daisy-chain configuration using plug-and-play connections.
One adapter can support up to 256 ThinkGrow LEDs.
