Recalculation in progress … The TrolMaster Carbon-X system provides critical monitoring of CO2 levels for up to 13 separate zones/rooms. The system can have high level alerts (up to 30,000 ppm) and low level alerts (5,000 ppm). High and low level limits are user-adjustable to meet local regulations for additional indoor CO2 use.
The Carbon-X system can also control various devices such as fans, dampers, CO2 main valves, as well as send a signal to the fire brigade by interfacing to the alarm/fire panel in the facility. Automatic CO2 shutdown is achieved by wiring the facility's main CO2 solenoid in series with one of the system's control modules. Settings for each of the devices connected to the system are user selectable for easy customisation.
Each room monitored by the Carbon-X will also require an audio-visual alarm to alert staff of the CO2 level in the area and whether or not it is safe to occupy the area.
The TrolMaster app can be used to remotely monitor the Carbon-X and receive user alerts/notifications when high CO2 levels are detected.
The CDA-1 is the brain of the system.
